Value for money for the area. Perfect and exceptionally comfortable accommodation with favourable setting right by Don Mueng airport, underground, and Bangkok.

Fantastic view, clean room. Helpful staff, comfortable shuttle to the beach every hour. Stayed with family, very satisfied. Quick resolution of misunderstandings with free massage and other services. Efficient airport transfer, free welcoming drink and cupcake. Nice simple breakfast served as requested. Ideal for short stay and stopover.

It was easy to get wheelchair accessible room with a good bathroom, free snacks, as for instance and that's great.

Staff was timely meeting me at the airport, the van ride was less than 10 minutes, all paperwork was already completed when I arrived. It is a small, neighorhood hotel with a cozy feel. The room was nicely set up, with good amenities, and numerous items available in the complementary mini-bar and snack basket. The staff was ready to go at 0400, and took me back to the airport for an early morning departure. This was a great value, and I will definitely use them again if I need to stay overnight near the airport.

I was disappointed that the credit card transaction had small print that "allowed" me to choose whether I wanted the transaction to be processed in bht or usd, and the default was to convert the advertised bht to usd, but at a poor exchange rate. I would have liked the hotel staff to inform me of this item, instead of having to feel like I needed to read each word of each document.
